Recently, Longwind US has launched the unique herbicide product Clefandim® 480 EC, a high-concentration clethodim formulation with a content of four pounds per gallon. Clefandim® 480 EC is an herbicide suitable for broadleaf crops such as soybeans and alfalfa. It is an excellent supplement to glyphosate, with good effects on grassy weeds and requires lower dosage than traditional 2 EC products.

The products of the Clefandim® brand adopt the new formulation technology developed by the parent company of Longwind US, which improves the stability of the clethodim formulation through combining the advanced technical concentrate (TC) and formulation manufacturing technologies of the parent company.

The unique technology significantly reduces impurities that compromise product quality, while the adjuvants and solvents formulated with clethodim can effectively reduce decomposition rates during the shelf-life.

 Clefandim® 480 EC offers equivalent efficacy compared to traditional 2 EC.

      Clefandim® 480 EC offers lower transportation cost, lower storage cost and more convenient tank mixing process than traditional 2 EC through reducing the dosage by half.

3.    More Environmentally Friendly

     Compared to traditional 2 EC, Clefandim® 480 EC requires only half the dosage to achieve effective weeds control over the same area of arable land. With fewer solvents, less packaging and fuel is required during transportation, resulting in significant reductions in carbon emissions.
